At Rug Import, we understand that after living with a rug in your home for a few days, you may want to return the rug and find a better fit. If you would like to make a return, call or email us to begin the process. Items eligible for return must be unused and returned in original condition.
1-6 days from delivery: Full refund, no restocking fees (client is responsible for return shipping charges)
7-14 days from delivery: Store credit refund, 10% restocking fee (client is responsible for return shipping charges)
15-21 days from delivery: Store credit refund, 20% restocking fee (client is responsible for return shipping charges)
21 days or more: Non returnable
